Jason was very efficient and reliable and dealt with our job in a professional manner. He was constantly liaising with the council and keeping us in the loop/up to the date rectifying any problems that arose until it was successful. I would definitely recommend him.

Jason came and did the survey of the property quickly after engagement, delivered the draft plans a few days later, and submitted the final version for planning permission quickly and without any hassles. He also arranged for the necessary structural calculations to be undertaken. I did already know what I wanted and so our interaction was quite straightforward, but I would certainly be happy to do business with Jason again.

We hired Jason having been frustrated with misinformation from the local council over what should have been a simple planning application to replace a front door in a conservation area. Jason's related work and communications (his swift delivery of drawings, understanding of the complications we experienced to date, and our lack of any confidence in the system or indeed a successful outcome). His simple straight forward communications were the very opposite of the council's nonsensical 'help and guidance'. Fortunately for us, Jason knew how to navigate the dysfunctional working practices of our local council and cut through in no time. We were not experienced enough to undertake this job ourselves despite the council making it appear it is a simple process. If you value your time and sanity, don't think twice about hiring him. I used this business to produce a structural report on one of my latest projects. After consultation Jason produced a comprehensive structural report with in a couple of days ,this included pad stone design sizes, Steel beam sizing's and cross sections through important loadbearing building components. All in all I received a wonderful personalised professional service most of all I feel confident and safe completing structural opening using Jason's report. Jason has been a great communicator all the way through the process and works through projects very quickly. We had a lot of revisions to the design and Jason was accommodating at every stage. It took a long time to get a final design, due to a number of planning revisions and changes by us, but we are very pleased with the end result.

Jason provided a very fast service as we were against the clock to get our planning application in. He was very responsive and open to changes and additions that I required whilst offering his expertise and suggestions when I was unsure about anything. He also arranged the planning permission and offered services of a structural engineer. Friendly, informative, honest, fast and a very reasonable price for the service he provided. I would 100% recommend Jason to anyone moving forward and if I need an architect for future projects he will be my first port of call.
