Jason is absolutely on the ball. He knows his stuff and he knows how to deal with Local Authorities. I'm retired now and in 40 plus years in drawing offices I never met anyone who works as hard. High quality work with a very quick turnround.

Jason made contact and arranged to visit very quickly. I found it easy to discuss my requirements and any changes I wanted to make to the plans before submission. Unfortunately, even taking into account the delays expected due to the pandemic, our local council took much longer than anticipated to process my application. Jason kept pushing them for updates and kept me copied into all emails. I would definitely recommend.

Good service and an accurate design based on our requirements.

Jason Bates helped us submit remotely and obtain a planning application for a pergola during Covid lockdown. All went well and the cost was fair. We received proposed drawings which we discussed and once agreed, Jason submitted on our behalf. We obtained the approval in 3 months. Would hire again.
