Was a little apprehensive about using an architect remotely but my daughter had used one and had no trouble , so i tried Yarm Architectural Design and Structural Engineering Services. Well , How easy was that. Jason was very experienced and helpful and delivered everything what we asked for without any problems whatsoever, dont know why i was worried , brilliant service and communication. Fantastic service. Delt with all the planning remotely. Answered any question quickly and kept us in the loop at all times. Felt nervous about working with someone I’d not met initially, but it proved a real success for us. Highly recommend!

Jason was very quick with the drawing and detailed everything that was needed for the job. We’re yet to submit however this will be done one a builder is secured.

Jason has been super efficient in all aspects of the process, thus enabling our planning request to be submitted within a minimal timescale. He came highly recommended and he has not disappointed! Even though it was done remote it was very easy to communicate and complete the process

A very positive experience. Communication was by email and Jason produced drawings for planning approval on the same day that I had contacted him. He also proceeded with the planning submission to my local Council very quickly. A very efficient operation from day one. I have no hesitation in recommending the service he provides.

Was a bit concerned with the service being remote however Jason produced my BR drawings without issue. He was patient, suggested solutions to problems and was happy to redesign. I’ve not submitted the drawings yet but everything looks good and would use again on future jobs.

100% recommend needed planning permission sorting out we didn't have a clue where to start jason told us what we needed to send him and he sorted all the rest out really fast getting it sorted out kept us up to date with everything brilliant
