Had continuous flow from bathroom mixer tap when turned off and had problems turning the isolator valve to cut off the water supply. Initially quoted to fix the tap but had to replace altogether because of the condition of the tap. Came promptly and successfully solved the problem

Jack found the problem straight away, sorted it and left the place tidy. I would recommend him anytime, very pleasant and polite

**AVOID** Originally hired and started work on an en-suite bathroom in Jan 2024. After a swift quote and agreement on plan, work started on 17/1/24....and is still not complete! Granted, the initial timescale of 3 days had to be changed due to unforeseen issues and bathroom was "complete" by 18/2/24. Issues then arose after payment was made. Rainfall shower broke, flooring laid poorly so it moves and has big gaps in it and the trim round the bathroom is terrible quality, the silver coating is peeling off. Chris came and assessed the work that needed doing and agreed to rectify it but this has never happened. The reliability of this company is ABYSMAL. Since we hired them in Jan 24 over 20 arranged times have been cancelled by Chris citing a vast array of original reasons. More recently Chris just hasn't turned up without letting us know, despite promising the day and time was "set in stone". Now gone completely quiet and not responding to any calls or texts.

Initial communication good, and we were kept up to date. The original engineer could not attend, and his colleague was sent instead. The job, as quoted, was not completed. A more complicated proposal was made, which we have elected not to move forward with.
