Unfortunately after being initially very helpful I've had my time wasted by William Bennett Construction. Work had been provisionally arranged to fit in with the one time in the year when my student property is untenanted but as they've become busier they have pushed my job to the bottom of the pile and it's only been by me constantly chasing them for updates that I've found out they don't have time to do my job anymore. Now I have to wait another year for the house to be empty to get work done and that's an extra year without the financial benefits of having improved the property. If they'd been straight up and clear from the beginning I could have used another company to get the work completed on time. Communication has been poor and they clearly have other priorities. Very disappointing attitude from these guys.

The conversion work is now complete to a high standard and I am delighted with it. The workmen were all polite and hard working and it was a pleasure to have them in my home.

Excellent job by Bennett Construction. The french doors and balcony look as though they have been there all the time. Excellent cutting of the brickwork, great guys and very good at cleaning up after. Would highly recommend, we will certainly use them again.

Superb from start to finish. Really pleased with the job...total transformation! Excellent tradesmen with a real eye for detail and nothing to much trouble. Job was completed ahead of time and spot on the original quote given. Happy to recommend William Bennett Construction.

The whole team were extremely friendly and worked to a very high standard. I had a large chimney breast removed and a brick wall removed both of which took half a Saturday (each) as will and the guys worked very fast. They always showed up on time and made sure to clean up after themselves, taking away all waste and even taking a few other bits of rubbish I had from my house renovation. They sorted out the building control side of things for me and advised me of any changes to the plan as problems arose so that I was fully informed. The prices quoted were extremely reasonable and never changed even with some small changes to to work required. I will definitely use them again for any future jobs.

Good communication, did the job quickly and well. Would recommend and will use again when I have something else needing doing. Thank you.

An excellent firm from start to finish. Communication was exceptional throughout. Site and Project Manager on hand night and day to answer any questions. Building team were excellent, friendly approachable and professional as were all the sub contracted teams - electrician, plumber, joiner, plasterer, tiler, decorator etc. We are delighted with our completed extension so much so that we have commissioned them to build us a patio to complement the new build. Luke and Will were a real pleasure to work with and Bill was always in the background ensuring we were happy. I would thoroughly recommend this firm without hesitation
