    Leaking Pipe

    Ross has done a great job in repairing the leaking pipe in my house. I would recommend Ross to customers needing a plumber to carry out plumbing repair work.

    Leak on cold water feed

    Excellent service, arrived on time, completed task quickly and efficiently, showing me what was being done, and why. Cleared up all mess at the end. Would certainly use again.

    Replace 3 Radiators in Luton

    Ross turned up at my house at 8am as agreed, He wasn't , however, wearing a face mask. When I asked why, he explained he was asthmatic and was exempt from wearing one. He also said he could wear a mask for short periods but, as he would need to be in the property all day it would not be practical to wear one. I therefore refused him entry to the house. We take COVID 19 procedures very seriously in my home so the decision was easy to make. I felt disappointed at the poor communication because had Ross told me this sooner he wouldn't have had a wasted journey to the house, and I would have chosen another plumber from my shortlist. He did offer to recommend other plumbers for me to use and was friendly enough.

    We are sorry you felt disappointed. Likewise if we would have known in the several correspondence planning this job, That you had a vulnerable person living there. We would not have taken the job.Our COVID procedures are inline with government guidelines including: Masks in communal areas, Social distancing, Ventilation, Disinfecting work area. All of which we have been doing since March 2020 with no problem. We treat our customers houses and projects as if they are our own, As our previous 88 positive reviews would show. I wish you good luck with you project.

    Replace Radiators

    Electric shower to be replaced

    Replacement of 5 radiators and removal of 1 radiator

    I would highly recommend Waterford Plumbing Heating & Drainage. I had a very quick response to my initial enquiry, and Tommy was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job installing some radiators and removing one, despite numerous issues presented by having a victorian house! I can't fault the workmanship, and the dedication shown towards getting the job done correctly and safely rather than as quickly as possible. I will definitely be keeping their phone number and would not hesitate to employ them again or recommend to family and friends.

    Sink & Tap Replacing

    Ross came and installed a new sink and tap in our kitchen. He was very responsive in communications before and after his visit and did a good job on the installation. Would be happy to use him again

    1 radiator replacement

    Arrived really promptly. Very nice, clean job and they disposed of my old radiator. Lovely and warm now and no leaks. They were also very competitive on price which I checked against the national average for various plumbing jobs. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.
