    Urgent repair/renewal of rubberised garage flat roof.

    A very positive experience! Job done a week after survey/estimate. A very hard-working, professional and pleasant crew, who were very efficient. I now have a water-tight fibreglass flat roof on the garage. A job very well done, thank you! I am now awaiting guttering/downpipe replacement, as present system is over 25 years old and leaks dramatically, then the gable end tile protection system can be attached.

    Replace guttering on 3 terraced houses

    Job was completed quickly but to a mediocre standard for the price paid. Had to request them come back and complete the job, which was over a week later. Quote given was also without VAT, which stung when the invoice was received.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    All our quotes are plus VAT so I’m not sure where confusion comes from. The work which needed finishing, there was a couple of small holes in mortar lines where the old rise and fall brackets had been removed, I phoned to come back as soon as customer made me aware ( only told me when I chased up the payment) got no answer left message, called back and said I could com any time, I came out filled holes in and the front gutter looked twisted because the tiles above front window where pressing down on the gutter because the timber lintel over windows where rotten and I had already pointed this out , I propped the section of tiles up for them free of charge so the gutters sat level, the work was completed to a good standard and everyone was happy with it and nothing was said until I sent second reminder for payment.Cant understand why they are unhappy, good job done and did extra things for free as good will gesture

    Removal of absestos roof and replacement

    Excellent guys and can't do enough for you. Keith and Richard worked tirelessly to get it done in the allotted time whilst doing and excellent job at the same time. Their prices are competitive to other companies and I will be getting them back for any jobs I have in the future.

    New Skylight needs to be introduced in study

    Excellent work ethics. Once window arrived, I was given date for work within 4 days. Whole work done professionally and in 1 day. Site was left tidy.
