Lee was very helpful from the beginning. We failed a building inspection because I trusted yet the wrong person, and we were in a pickle. Lee provided a comprehensive explanation of the issues with our two flat roofs and a detailed breakdown in an electronic invoice. The work was completed on the days expected with daily summaries (with pictures, which was great)! Lee is hard working and committed. I’m confident that we’ll pass the inspection with flying colours. Highly recommend!

Lee was the only tiler who actually came and had a look at the job before giving quote which I feel is important. He was very helpful in all aspects and always kept me informed. His tiling is very good and only uses good quality materials. He is neat and tidy clearing up after he finished for the day. He also went the extra mile to help me with a little bit of extra unrelated work I needed done asap.He came at the end of the day to do. Would definitely recommend his work.

Lee completed a job which was to take off old tiling from a shower, remove old plaster panels and then install cement panels onto which he fitted new tiles. Then re-install the shower door and apply mastic to the areas. He did this himself and the finished job looks great so far. He was good enough to do the following: • Purchase and pick up the tiles for us • Not charge for a shower door trim which we requested, and he purchased from Wickes • Not charge for some materials which he had forgotten to quote for • Clean the old shower door fittings of old mastic and limescale etc • Do small mastic jobs in a second bathroom • Offered to attend to an issue on a door, but we declined as the door could have turned out to be a nightmare. He has a good eye for detail and somewhat of a perfectionist, so if you are seeking a quality job, then Lee would be a good choice. It appears that he is also multi-skilled. He adhered to the timescales and costs. He is a smoker but always smoked outside. There were no issues. We are planning to have him back for another task in the coming months.

Absolutely fantastic, couldn’t believe how quickly my job was completed, I advertised as urgent and this was quoted and completed within a few days. Will definitely be having Lee back next year for another job we have already discussed. A+++++
