Job hasn’t started yet but initial contact and quote have been good - very professional. Job completed today and it looks brilliant. They suggested an alteration to the fireplace to ensure safety, and this was done. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly guys did a great job of fitting a stove and new hearth and surround. The stove works great. Couple of negatives: initially the hearth looked quite blemished with a large visible streak down one slab and also a small chip elsewhere. The guys came back and smoothed everything down and it now looks perfect, and I'm delighted with it. I wasn't given any heads up that I'd end up with a load of bricks and rubble and the old surround dumped in front of my house. I'd just assumed (naively) that the rubbish would be taken away, or a skip used, or whatever. You live and learn! Finally, my drive had loads of muck strewn down it during the work. I didn't have a hose but they kindly came back some days later to hose it down, but even after that and some heavy rain it's still not clean. I've not raised this again as I'm done with it all now. I'll have to take a broom to it! James and Ben couldn't be nicer and worked quickly and efficiently. All in all, I'd recommend them.

They removed my wood burner stove and even carried it down the street and into my car for me. Very friendly and professional. The job was a small one so I was grateful they came out and they completed it quickly and efficiently, clearing up everything as they went, leaving the room tidy. They also spent time giving me advice on installation of a new fire. All in all a great experience and would use again.

James and his team removed a gas stove, knocked into the chimney and installed a new woodburner stove. We couldn't be happier with the work they've done! From the first call James was so helpful and friendly, making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We had a quote the same evening and it was very competitive. We went with James' team mainly because of how genuine they were without any pressure to commit! On the day of the work, they arrived on time and took so much care to prep the room before starting. The work was completed really quickly and the standard is amazing! The finish is perfect and the materials used for the hearth and mantle are beautiful. Before they left, they gave us tips and advice on using & maintaining the stove and made sure we were completely happy. James and his team were fab and are so skilled at what they do. We'd definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.
