Excellent work , reliable , competitive prices & hardworking

Terry and his team completed my job ahead of schedule and I was delighted with the result and price. They are quick, professional, clean and tidy. I have asked Terry to do some more work for me because I know I can trust his workmanship. I can recommend him without hesitation.

After getting numerous quotes from local builders, I contacted Terry through MyBuilder.com. After meeting all the builders I decided to use Terry to build my extension and roof because we seemed to get on well and I was impressed with not only with his knowledge of the building process but also his enthusiasm for doing a good job compared to some of the other people I had quotes off. after starting the build everything went smoother than expected, and terry finished the planned work of building the walls and constructing the roof and then tiling to an excellent standard within the time he said and also under budget. Terry and Louis have excellent time keeping, and are a great couple of lads to have around who always tidy up after themselves. Please ask if you require to come and look at the work that they have done or contact Terry as I'm sure he will be happy to give you my number. I will be using them again for other work. Great Guy, Prompt and efficient service. Turned up the same day I rang him and sorted out the slipped tile straight away. He even said there was no charge because it was such a simple job. Highly recommended.

Had no prior experience/knowledge with builders so are always suspicious, however Terry provided by far the best quote and seemed very friendly and helpful, together with other good feedback from mybuilder so decided to take the plunge. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Terry and his partner Widge arrived first thing every morning and worked incredibly hard throughout the day. Each evening they cleaned up to a high standard. The standard of the full garage conversion was excellent and neighbours have commented on the high standard of plastering. Terry was really helpful with advice on the building and made changes to doors which were our fault, not his after they had ben fitted. This was at no extra charge, his attitutde was i want you to be happy with the job. I am very happy and would highly recommend them both, as they were hard working and trustworthy. I will certainly use them again for oher future projects in the pipeline.

Terry and his team were fab! From the first call confirming the job, through to packing up at home time - they were professional; friendly and extremely efficient. They did a fantastic job knocking a door through a main wall, even repairing a previous 'bodged' skirting board. The boys turned up when they said they would; got the job done in a day as promised; and despite the extra efforts needed to correct the wobbly walls - no further charges were made. I'm very pleased with the results, as is, my meticulous partner (who is normally able to find fault with something). I also can't believe how often the boys swept and mopped the floors down to prevent plaster dust getting everywhere – they were all extremely good at ensuring my mischievous dog didn't escape too. I would definitely recommend Terry and his team and have kept hold of their number for any other jobs we need doing. PS. loved the singing as well!

My wife and I decided to purchase a property in an area new to us and to convert the garage into a part storage area and part garden room . Being new to the area we did not know and any tradesmen. Having found My Builder site, several builders expressed interest in the work. I selected TW Plastering and invited quotes from Mr Williamson of TW and two other local builders. On quote Mr Williamson was the most competetive and reasonable. We met on site and discussed the project. I found Mr Williamson to be a very personable man with a good sense of humour and his reputation with a local surveyor went before him. He was described as a plaster second to none and an extraordinarily hard worker.This proved to be the case and he worked hard with "Widge" his assistant , another likeable and hardworking man. Having had apalling experiences in the past with builders I was relieved to have found an honest , extremely, hardworking and trustworthy person to entrust with the project. Each day the men turned up on time , worked through the day with a short lunchbreak and THEN , here's the great bit, tidied up, hosed everywhere down and left things ready to commence the next day. Any minor problems were dealt with promptly as they arose and Terry was able to tie in other smaller jobs along the way. A great job at a fair price and some very hardwork on the part of Terry and Widge - we shall miss having them both around.

What can i say, I was dubious about hiring a builder i did not know but i have to say that Terry, Colin & Widge are very proffesional builders and there attention to detail is second to none. They cleaned up every night before leaving, They were always on time and worked throughout the day only stopping for a short lunch break, they really did do a full days work every day. They are also very respectfull to both people and your property. I have no hesitition reccomending them to anyone and have already had a cost for more work i need done. I am not going to bother shopping round i have already found these guys, A crew of proffesional,meticulous,trustworthy,hard working builders. I wish them all the succus they deserve in the future.
