Nikolay MILOSHEV - let’s be clear here. Firstly I take great exception to you making a very very serious allegation about me of racial abuse towards your team and your office ! This is simply not true and a complete lie and you know this! Don’t try and justify your argument by making false allegations. If this is the case please contact the police and report this and I’m more than happy to speak to them. All communications stated clearly what I had asked for. I have attached all screenshots, we discussed the clearing of flowerbeds and you asked for further pictures that I provided, a total of additional 9 pictures + the ones on Mybuilder and you then increased your price. Simply put, your team did not want to carry out the works when they arrived and refused to discuss with me. For me it’s no issue , I simply instructed another team rather than further cost discussions with you, my advice to anyone wanting to hire Two Lions 11, make sure you detail your job as they will try and upsell.Answer from tradesperson:
Dear Asad Mahmood, Thank youf ro yoru review. However to be clear about why we refused to perfom teh service and teh reason we pull the team out of your job was because we have agreed only on strimming and mowing the grass, leaves blowing. However, once the team arrived you started adding up that the flwoer beds needs scaping, branches clipping and then on top of that you try to push us to fly tip the waste into an area which is not yours. We called you and explain multiple times what we have offered and that we a license company and we do not do fly tipping we only dispose waste in dedicated disposals. You then started acting rudly and showing racis behaivier towards our office and our team. That's why we refused to perfomred your service. We have a strick police of people that disrespect us and also try to change the deal already agreed without agreeing to increase in teh price. On top of that we didn't even charge you the call out fee which is appliad in cases like this.

Very satisfied with the work done by Two Lions 11 Ltd. They arrived on time, did the work, were very friendly and helpful and cleared up the clippings from our hedge and took them away. They were also very accommodating of my requests. They also gave us a very good price much cheaper than other competitors but with a gold standard service. Would definitely use again in the future.Answer from tradesperson:

It is not that we did not just turn up, as you were informed in the morning our van broke and the garage told us that it would take a couple of weeks to source the part necessary, it is not something we planned or expected, which is why we advised you to contact another company, so you do not have to wait.
