Tom came to quote the same day as the job went up. Was running late but rang to explain and then turned up at the agreed new time. Explained the options of what I required he went away and sent the quote through next day when he said he would. He came did the job over 2 evenings. Very tidy and chatty explaining what he was doing and overall genuine guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom to others. Thank you.
