We found Tyler on myBuilder for repairs to our extension. He came over to visit and gave us a competitive, clear quote. He completed the work in the time frame expected, and gave us clear guidance for some small cost over runs (which were clearly the fault of the original builder). We are very happy with the quality of the work, and found Tyler and his team very easy to deal with. We would highly recommend TR Property Maintenance.

I hired Tyler to repair few cracks in the render. It took a while to find a suitable date because it was a 2 day job and our conflicting schedules and Tyler very accommodating. It was good work and done to a great standard.

Tyler offered a very competitive quote to re-render the front and side of our house. When an issue arose with a rotten lintel, Tyler and his team were able to repair it but also kept me updated on any extra costs that arose.
