Amazing job done at very affordable price. Very little disruption and cleaned after himself. We are happy with a job well done. The only thing that surprised us a bit was not taking the trash with him. We assumed he would. But none the less the price we paid was very good and we didn’t mind hiring someone to take the bin bags to the recycling centre. Would highly recommend Sol

Sol did a fabulous job on the damp in our kitchen and hall. He accurately found where the damp was originating from and outlined what he would do with great efficiency. He kept in contact with me when nationally we went into lockdown 2 and I was anxious to know whether the job would be affected. I had no need to worry, he was considerate both for our Covid safety and his own and arrived for work exactly when he said he would. Sol finished the work to very high standards and was organized, thorough and very tidy. He was a lovely gentleman and I would not hesitate to recommend Sol for any future jobs.

Sol assessed the job a few weeks ago and we arranged a date for him to complete the work. He arrived on the day and at the time he said he would, which seems to be a rarity these days. Sol worked hard and completed the job the same day. He was polite and professional and tidied up after himself. I have asked him to come back to do some other work as he did such a good job.
