Contacted Three Counties Damp and I received a prompt response from Dave, he visited within a couple of days and talked me through in language I could understand of what was required, only too pleased to answer any questions I asked. He emailed through his qoute which I thought was comprehensive and a competitive price, we agreed a start date and he arrived as planned. I was very impressed with the initial communications and subsequent work undertaken for the damp proofing job that I required. Dave provided sound advice and then undertook high quality work within the stated timeframe. I would happily use Dave and his small team again and I would recommend him to others.

Dave worked on my empty house while I sat 300 miles away and was and not only did what he said he would, when he said he would, but took photos of it! When he found further damp problems he was helpful and flexible. I would highly recommend him.

Hired this company via my builder and it has restored my faith in tradesmen. We have suffered from damp for awhile and had numerous builders look at it and say they have fixed the problem but actually haven't. This company were brilliant. They were prompt and tidy. We would certainly have them back in the future.

Work was done to schedule and budget and to a high standard. There was minimal disruption to our daily activities, and they tidied up after themselves before they left. Very happy with work, and will be calling on them again when the next room is due to be done!
