Mrs Ann Blythe was a totally unreasonable customer, I was expected to turn in on rainy days for 3hrs or i would receive demanding, pressurising sms messages
There were no faults with the job
The work was to a high standard, standard construction methods were used
It took over a month to be paid - with no good reason
The customer refused to accept that alterations and added on jobs needed to be paid for
Totally unreasonable customer and i am out of pocket on this job as she refused to pay extra costs for all her alterations, added on jobs, and travel time too and from merchants, the customer basically decide how much my invoice would be regardless of its actual value
