Sunny has done a fabulous job with our extension. We asked him to do a significant amount of extra work as his quality was superb, attention to detail fantastic and the fact the he genuinely appears to take pride in his work. He is always providing feedback on the inevitable problems, making many recommendations based on budget, looks and quality variations. We would strongly recommend him to others as he has done such a good job for us.

This company was a great find for my kitchen and batrhoom. Very timely, efficient and a real eye for detail. The team were friendly and tidy. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended to my friend

I am very happy to have hired Sunny to oversee and erect the single storey extension for my kitchen because I have subsequently hired Sunny to do other work for me as well. Other than the extension I have also asked him to build a wetroom, plastering, installation of new central heating system complete with new boiler and radiators and a new roof in my bedroom. Sunny's team has done an amazing job to a very high standard. He and his team paid attention to details and they left no stone unturned. Most importantly, he was always available to take your call, and answer any queries I had very quickly. That's why I hired him to do other jobs as well. I will definitely recommend Sunny's team and hire him in the future for other jobs.

Sunny is a very reliable and patient person who completed the job in scheduled time. The job includes laying floors and some repairing work. From the beginning of quoting to the last minute finishing, he keeps a serious manner and works in every detail. Thanks for his hard working, we can move into our new home with an excellent condition. Besides, he helped us disposing the trash and tiddied up after work. Highly recommanded builder, well done, Sunny!

My property purchase completed the day before my holiday. I had holiday with this refurbishing issue hanging over my head. Came back on Friday night, posted my job on Mybulider asking for someone coming to give me a quotation on Sun. Here came Sunny on a Sunday. From the very beginning I find Sunny is very professional. This quotation is so detailed and you know exactly what is going to happen. So job is Suuny's. During the work process, Sunny keeps close communication with me, he sent work progress update, photos asking what I want, discussing all the options beforehand. He does not mind I ask him to do a bit extra here and there. Even the workmen work for him are so nice. He even worked on his birthday because I need work finish ASAP. Finally come to the result. That is a big 'wow', he has totally transform a tiring old flat to a brand new like property with the hind of luxury. Of course I chose the material myself but he is the one make it happens. I totally understand why Sunny win so many mandates. His craftsmanship and work ethic is top class. If any other my properties need work done, Sunny will be the first person I call. Highly recommended from a very satisfied customer.

Installed gas hob and kitchen sink. Very good work and service. Recommended.

Sunny did good job in installing a new combi boiler in the kitchen and removing the old open vent boiler including pipes, tank..etc from the first floor and the loft. He was very helpful even before the job started in describing the various options we had. He turned up on time and explained what he was going to do, keeping us informed all the time. He went out of his way to ensure timely completion of the job for example when discovering before the combi boiler was installed that the water pressure was low. He found the cause and fixed it for no extra charge. He was very polite all the way. On completion he took time to explain how the new system works. Sunny is a good professional who takes pride in the customer's satisfaction. I have had other jobs carried out as we are updating the house and Sunny has been the best tradesman among all in complete the job.

A very reasonable price for some re-plastering work - completed quickly and to a high standard. I would recommend Sunny to anyone looking for an honest, efficient tradesman who knows what he is doing. Thank you from a very happy customer.
