Darren and Shane were both very helpful , polite, punctual and very good at their job. The quote i received was very reasonable and the work was completed and finished within the week. They were clean, tidy and also very trustworthy. I would highly recommend this company and i will certainly be using them again in the future. I initially needed a small downstairs toilet fitting but i was so impressed with the work carried out that i also had them to lay a laminate throughout my downstairs and carry out about 5 or 6 other small jobs, varying from plumbing to carpentry and general DIY. Cheers.

Had complete bathroom refit done looked good at first but unfortunately some of it I had to get re-done as I had too many leaks cost me extra to put right. I would recommend for tilling but not plumbing.

Stiled supplied most of the bathroom & fitted. The end result is ok but there are a few things that I’m not happy with. Bath panel is flimsy & moved around a lot if leant on – this causes the seal to break & looks shoddy. Have asked Darren to sort but he wont. Sometimes things were not done in a logical order – i.e walls plastered then wire chased down wall. Newly plastered ceiling had a minor dent put in it. Extractor fan initially not installed properly. Before our job was finished the guys went & started another job before returning to finish. Darren tried to overcharge on more than 1 occasion. When it came to final invoice he tried to overcharge, I picked him up on this & invoice changed. He supplied tiles & tried to overcharge, the original price was £412, when questioned price changed to £270. On a positive side the guys were respectful of the house & were polite. There were a couple of unforeseen issues but resolutions were found. AFTERSALES: 2 Callouts since payment. 1st was ok, Darren came out quickly & attempted to sort problem of dripping bath tap. 2nd callout for shower leaking causing wet patch on Kitchen ceiling, it took a month from initial report of problem & several emails, txt msgs & calls before Darren arrived. When trying to fix the problem he broke the shower handset & expected me to buy a new one – after I told him of my disgust he offered me all the money he had on him which was around £5.80. Bath tap still dripping.

Darren and Shane did a really good job of tiling the kitchen and bathroom floor and tiling around the bath in the bathroom. It makes such a difference to the house. They got stuck in straight away and sorted out any issue that got in the way of carrying out their tasks. Very nice and polite lads and full of good advice. Put up with tripping over cats and dog, and me!! Sandy the dog rates them 10/10, especially as Darren turned up on day two with a gravy bone for her!!!!!! They are coming back to fit laminate flooring and skirting board, and I have already recommended them to friends. Thanks again Darren and Shane.

Good person to work with.Easy to contact and concentrates on the task at hand.We are considering calling him to do more work for us. Contact Darren before you give your job to anyone else.

The team did an excellent job all round and I am pleased I went with Stiled. Aside from an unforeseen requirement for additional electrical work, they stuck to the original time schedule and price. The quality of the work was good and the mess kept to a minimum. I would recommend using these guys and will seriously consider them from my kitchen replacement in the new year.

both darren and shane have been most helpful and considerate.both with advise and work. they have also coordinated both kitchenand bathroom colour schemes for me as i was not able to buy a lot of things myself. i can recommend them as they also keep u informed of times etc they work very hard good job done boys....

Darren arrived at exactly the time promised and was able to do the job straight away. Although it was more than he had expected he was very good keeping me informed of the progress. I would recommend him and his company to my friends with no hesitation. Darren thank you for solving my leaking taps.
