hired Stephen to replace a bath and sink I have to say his time keeping was not the best in the world, however, the price was very competitive and the work was first class, he paid attention to detail and made sure everything was working correctly, as a property developer I have very high standards and the works were carried out professionally and as I would expect. So despite the timekeeping, I would highly recommend him for any plumbing works you require.

Thank you very much for coming out to attend to my job during the worst of the recent icy conditions, and for your attention to detail and your kind advice, suggesting that the additional work I asked for would be unnecessary and would moreover introduce more weak links to an already sound system. Stephen was great. Got in touch quickly, communicated in a friendly manner, and persevered late into the evening to fix something that was trickier than it should have been! All for a fair price. Would highly recommended and use again.

Stephen came out to replace a bath fitment which included a thermostat, and he managed to stop the leak without needing to replace the unit. I was happy that it was not necessary to replace it and he spent time getting it to work. I would use him again.

Stephen, visited the bathroom before hand in order to assess the work which I found very positive and it was one of the reasons why I gave him the job. He faced a few challenges with the job due to the materials used but finally the job was done properly. One other positive thing I would like to add is that he does not cut corners and would not finish a job if he is not happy with the job.

Stephen is a very approaches, courteous and competent plumber. Quoted a good price and was in touch straight away. After an initial conversation, he came round on time (on a Friday afternoon which suited me), as agreed and completed the job in good time. We thought there was a leak a few days but it turned out to be a false alarm, but he came round just in case to check. Very difficult to find plumbers these days that are reliable but Stephen does as he says. Recommended.

Kept me up to date on timings and when he would arrive. Very conscientious about his work. Polite and friendly. Will definitely be keeping him in my contacts lists in case I need any other plumbing jobs doing.

Stephen is good at his trade. Problem was diagnosed and solved. But would be good if next rime he gives me a more accurate quote. From £80 quoted I ended paying £110. Also took forever (1week) to deliver me a receipt after promising several times to do so.
