Given it was 23.00 at that point shows his commitment and incredible customer service. Review left on 30 Apr 2018Rating: 5 out of 5Changing a mixer tap cartridge and single radiatorStephen came late in the evening at short notice, made an accurate assessment and returned the next morning having sourced the parts (and made suitable suggestions for what was appropriate). He was very efficient, informative, absolutely knew his trade, and undertook to replace the shower above a bath, sealed the gaps, and replaced the radiator in the bathroom. He then returned the next day (Sunday) to test the leaks and put in additional sealant, replaced all the panels. Excellent service and highly recommended.
