    Fix tap and drainage on kitchen sink

    I found this plumber via MindBuilder and could not be more impressed. He attended the property incredibly quickly, resolved the issues with remarkable speed and efficiency, and did so with absolute professionalism. He was polite, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with — qualities that are increasingly rare. His prices were also extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work. I have already arranged to have him back when my kitchen installation begins, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

    Kitchen Sink Mixer Tap needs replacing

    city water pipeline leaks- most probably as we see on the picture

    Extremely rude, ultra incompetent and dishonest: Some one else did the job in 1.5 h , done and dusted . Lied and attended the work 48hours later. Did zero job, left the house with ongoing leak but asked for money. Will report him to the standard trade agency for his work Now is pestering me and will prosecute him for harassment me and ask for money for a service that never happened. Called me to the property to show the issue but has covered all the places and did not show me anything. kept shouting: “Are you going to pay me?” For nothing???????? Tried to provoke the tenants and scare them. Asked to solve the problem as any average competent plumber would have done but was not able and willing do his work. Tried to provoke the tenants and scare them. Exaggerates astronomically and made dishonest claims of ongoing leak [he must be referred to the standard trading agency, he can cause harm …] Zero services, the leak is ongoing. But sent a dishonest message that has stopped the leak

    I have contacted MyBuilder regarding this person with no reply. He has had work completed throughout his whole house (rental)that does not comply with building regs. I explained to him that to complete this work to current standards he would have to change pipe that comes through the floor into building but as this was hidden in a wall, he wanted to complete further works that would not comply to building regulations. As he told me he is a brain surgeon and not a peasant, I declined to add to his mess and explained correct procedure. (Could someone from MyBuilder contact me regarding this, would be appreciated)

    Fit outdoor tap

    Nice guy and completed the job well but was late and left several marks on the wall.

    Offered to complete the job on the weekend as the customer explained how she worked Monday to Friday! I explained by phone I was running late by around 30 mins. I offered to clean up after but instead customer insisted I knocked £40 off for the inconvenience to which I did! As well as knocking £40 from the bill, she asked if I could put some silicone around sink and shower. I completed that for no extra cost so I thought I had made up for any issues caused but I suppose she has given me an honest review!! Thank you
