    Safety certs - Gas, EICR, PAT
    Provided a low quote initially but when came started recommending unnecessary additional works for fittings that are compliant. The additional works that they recommended to do over and above the quote amounted to £800 to 900. Not good experience dealing with them. In addition, while we were still clarifying with them on the need for additional works, they threatened with small claims letter. Falsely claiming the existing works were not compliant, we got another certified electrician who confirmed this. Extremely aggressive and unpleasant

    Dear Shivali, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and want to clarify. Two years ago, we conducted an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) that identified several compliance issues requiring essential remedial work. The cost for these necessary repairs was quoted at £442.50 + VAT, as detailed in document QT00245—significantly less than the £800-£900 mentioned in your review. When payment for the EICR was withheld, we pursued small claims court to resolve the matter. For transparency, we are attaching the cost breakdown here. Our goal is always to provide fair, compliant, and necessary work to ensure safety and we are always respectful to our customers as per attached email, also to clarify the downlights had no kite mark or BS/EU standard so we have to assume they were non compliant.     Plugs and downlighters
    Great job - Chris and Carlos were very professional and provided an excellent service. Would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending to others. Thank you guys!

    Help wife on my case this is not a DIY job for myself.
    I cant thank Carlos enough he came to my home and done a magnificent job. He was polite great at his job and didn't shy away when I asked him questions. He also pointed out other jobs that will need attention on a future date. I even got a guest appearance from chris to help finish off the job. Chris and carlos are now my go to sparkys for any future ELECTRICAL work I need done. Thanks guys for a job well done and and your very high standards.

    Door on outside electricity box needs replaced.
    Very impressed with Spartan Electrical, great communication with Chris and he did a perfect job. I would highly recommend this company.

    Tripping mains switch - bathroom fan
    Job done as required, the electricians were efficient and friendly, reasonable price. All working as expected. Would hire again

    No power from sockets
    Chris came out to assess the job shortly after posting. The following week, himself and Carlos came out to complete the necessary testing and works - they were professional but friendly and managed to sort out our electrical problem we’d been fearing would have the worst outcome! Cheers guys
