Its unfortunate whats happened here with this client, but this is what occurs when people don't follow instructions. After speaking with the client I asked her to TEXT her address details to my phone so i could put it in the diary and allocate the job, this is what I do with all my clients. We got it. And as you can appreciate we get dozens of enquires on a daily basis so it would seem hers got lost in the system. Then we receive this negitive feedback which is disappointing. I did try to contact the client even left messages but got know answer so its seems on her part theres no willingness to resolve the matter which is very strange.
