    elecrical shower switch cable box

    Was a little apprehensive as read previous review that Leonard did not show up for a job when booked. He arrived more or less on time and completed the work to a satisfactory standard and kept to the time plan and quote cost.

    Connect 2 extractor fans to the power supply

    Having made an appointment for 8am this Wed (it's now Fri) and confirmed this via email, Sparky Electrical Service simply didn't turn up or make any attempt to contact me to explain why. I'll now have to find someone else to do the job.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Its unfortunate whats happened here with this client, but this is what occurs when people don't follow instructions. After speaking with the client I asked her to TEXT her address details to my phone so i could put it in the diary and allocate the job, this is what I do with all my clients. We got it. And as you can appreciate we get dozens of enquires on a daily basis so it would seem hers got lost in the system. Then we receive this negitive feedback which is disappointing. I did try to contact the client even left messages but got know answer so its seems on her part theres no willingness to resolve the matter which is very strange.
