Patrick came to fix my elderly dad's shower piping, and he did a fantastic job. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently. Patrick even gave me tips on longevity of the shower. I give him top marks for excellent work. I definitely recommend him.

Patrick installed a water softener for me, and the following day two of the fittings were leaking. He returned to fix the problem. I hired Patrick again to install a tap. The following morning we awoke to find a wet ensuite floor, where this tap was also leaking. I had offered for him just to cover the emergency plumber cost who stopped the leak, and we would call it even. Patrick immediately fought back blaming us for not turning off the water fast enough, and told me 'Mate take me to court' in order to resolve this. I hate to leave a negative review, but after multiple attempts to resolve this amicably, Patrick would rather we let the courts decide.

Patrick was quick to respond and able to complete the job on the same day. He arrived when he said he would was polite and friendly and carried out the repair in a professional manner. Problem solved, very happy!
