Tom came round to quote for a small job which was explained to him by my wife as I was not around at the time. He advised a course of action which meant he would get no work, but was the best way forward for us. He did not take a deep breath and suggest lots of expensive work as some would do - he was very honest, which is nice to see. He was extremely courteous and helpful to my wife, for which I thank him. Would I recommend him......put it this way, if I need someone in the future, he will be the first person I'll call.

Tom was fantastic from start to finish clean reliable promo and most of all he got the job done in great time and to great quality! I would recommend Tom to everyone who needs a a plumbing job taken care of.

The job took Tom and Pete five hours, draining down the system, replacing the hot water cylinder and a radiator, then restoring the water and checking that everything was OK. Tom replaced the old copper cylinder with a stainless steel one as that was better quality. He also made recommendations on looking after the central heating system in the future. He laid down cloths at the start of the job, and cleaned up afterwards, so very tidy. Overall I am very happy with the job, and would go back to him again if other problems arise.
