Good to deal with, and seem to have done a good job. Hasn’t rained much since work done, so not 100% sure, but no leaks so far. Work looks good, and they worked hard and tidied up well.

The Smith Roofing team came on Saturday to my property to align the gutters. Once in the roof, they noticed that its state was very poor (rotten battens and poor isolation) and actually I could see myself the light coming through and visible from the inside. With the fall coming, we needed to fix it in a short time. It was a substantial amount of work and they gave me a fair price for the job and warranty for 20 years. They could also come on a Sunday to do the job. I accepted and next day, a team of 6 people came to my property at 8 am, removed the tiles, the rotten battens and the isolation and replaced everything for higher quality materials (including breathable membrane). They also cleaned the tiles (that were full of moss), added isolation to the bottom of the roof, aligned the gutters and cleaned. All in one day. By the evening the work was completed and the roof looked as new. The Smith Roofing team were nice and efficient and I would strongly recommend them.

Amazing bunch of guys with good client rapport. Dealt with Noel and Jimmy. Very competent and straightforward. Got my job assessed quoted and completed within a week. Had lots of guys come round and over exacerbate the issue. Smith roofing did a full diagnosis with pictures and videos as most clients can't get to the roof. Will highly recommend them and use them in future for another property as I'm confident this one isn't having any issues anytime soon

The lads came round very quickly, identified what needed to be done and got cracking immediately. We ended up with more work done than we anticipated, which cost quite a lot more than we were expecting, but the work seems to have been done well.
