Ciprian was very reliable & did they work as on time & on budget. He also helped sort out a decorator after. I was not there but the tenants said he was very nice & polite. I got a damp company in about 6 months ago but the damp came back almost immediately. Too soon to say if this has fixed the problem but Ciprian did what he said he would do & was reliable. I can recommend him. Thanks

Ciprian arrived at the time agreed and worked hard to resolve my damp issue. He was also helpful with a further job which I had not hired him to do. His work is very good and I am completely satisfied. I would recommend him.

We have just brought a property and needed the damp situation sorting out fast, before we moved in. Ciprian got back to my message the very next morning after posting it and was in to do the job that same week. He quoted a very reasonable rate and carried out the work efficiently, sending pictures through to me as I couldn't be there throughout the time it was being done. The result was great and he was kind enough to also give my partner some other tips and advise about the rest of our property, which was greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend smart building and use them for future jobs.

Needed a repair to a ceiling done urgently. These guys are efficient, prompt and reliable. I cannot fault the workmanship and the customer is very happy with the work. I needed this job done asap and these guys delivered. Will happily recommend and will keep this tradesman on file encase I need a plasterer again! Thanks

Ciprian responded to my job description of plastering a small wall almost immediately with a quote, of which I accepted after reading good reviews from other customers. He then rang me to describe to him in detail what I wanted done, all was satisfactory, on the day Ciprian rang me to tell me he was on his way within the time frame given, he arrived promptly, he was polite, did a great job of my wall & was very clean & tidied up afterwards, I would certainly use him again.

The job was done nice and quick! He fix the ceiling wall for me nicely, he was polite and professional, and keep the place clean afterwards.
