Ahmed did a great job servicing my Vaillant boiler. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He wore a face mask, gloves and shoe coverings and maintained social distancing, which was appreciated. He clearly explained an issue with the filter and provided objective advice about how to fix it. Ahmed was very tidy and left no mess at all. I would certainly recommend him to others and he'll be our go-to man for boilers in future.

Excellent person. I would rate him more than 100%. Very professional, very quick in diagnosing the problem, explains everything in plain english and on top of everything - he makes sure family inside home is not disturbed at all. He just keep doing his work and call when its all done. Highly recommended.
