Problem solved on a Sunday! Michael and Nick are real characters but also got the job done quickly and efficiently - Nick has experience as a carpenter too so that helped get access to the right water pipes through a difficult ceiling panel - pretty sure someone else would have just cut the panel! Really good service and skills - will definitely keep them in my phonebook and recommend to others.

Had a persistent leaking shower for months with several other tradesmen failing to fix it. SM maintenance were quick to respond to the post and came and assessed the problem the next morning. They were very friendly and thorough in working out what the problem was, gave useful advice about claiming it on house insurance and we're able to fix the leak. They were very tidy and professional, and gave a formal written report and invoice. They are true experts in their field and highly recommended. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Came round at the agreed time and soon assessed what was needed to be done and proceeded to do the job. Work was completed quickly and with minimum fuss or mess and cleared up afterwards. Suggested an improvement to my heating system to avoid potential leaks which I agreed to have done. Clearly know their work and offer sound and practical advice too and all at a reasonable cost. Would use these guys again.
