    block/brick wall

    Dave built my new back wall he did a fantastic job for a reasonable price nothing was to much trouble for him and is mate. I would recommend him. Regards

    boarding 20sq meter of loft

    DMB boarded my loft, fixed the loft ladder and connecedt loft light. Very nice and clean job. Completed at the agreed time and very reasonable price. I will recommend them to do your job and will use them again for other jobs. Thank you so much.

    chimney and ridge tiles
    Good job well done at fair price. Had chimney down and rebuilt in no time. Professional attitude and tidy worker. Would definitely use again and would recommmend to others.

    Hi We have a single story extension on the back of the house which needs a new flat roof. Also going to need new facias on the 3 x sides and new guttering on one side. The size of the extension is approx 3.3m x 2.3m. We are putting the house on the market after xmas so we are looking for the cheapest possible option/method availble. Also please note that the existing felt is no longer water tight so re-boarding the flat roof is likely.     The lads at DMB Building and Roofing did a great job with my flat roof. They turned up when arranged, completed the project for the agreed price and got it done in no time at all. Fast, efficient, tidy and all for a good price. Would highly recommend to anyone!

    Pointing, lead work & rendering
    Dave provided us with a quote promptly after viewing the work that was required and his price was very reasonable. Although he was busy at the time we asked for the work to be carried out he came and completed it when it was convenient for us. We are very pleased with the work and would definately use him again for future jobs on our property - highly recommended!
