The job of converting my basement has unfortunately had to be put on a backburner, but Tommy's honesty when he turned up to proceed with the job saved me spending thousands on something that wouldn't have worked. Other builders had quoted and insisted on huge deposits prior to proceeding, and if I had gone with them instead of Scotia, I would have lost a fortune. Thank you Tommy, I will be forever grateful for your advice and honesty.

I have been impressed by Tommy since his original quotation and realistic version of what needed to be done, much more reasonable than others. The work is exceptional - I have every confidence that the damproofing is safe and professionally done, to the extent that my scruffy old room looks great now. The woodworm treatment was done to my convenience and with consideration. Tommy and his team were friendly, reliable and took into my need for the place to look good and for defects to be repaired. Tommy was great - came out at super short notice and did everything that needed to be done. We weren't there so he interacted with other tradesman and our cleaners, who said that he did a great job. Will definitely hire him again if we need any work doing.

Tommy painted my whole house. Walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork. He did a fantastic job. Very tidy moved the furniture that needed to be moved and put back exactly how it was. He was very reliable and was always here when he said he would be. The price for the job was also a very fair price. Would definitely recommend Tommy and would have no hesitation in using Tommy again for any other future painting jobs I need doing.

Outhouse damp proofing. Scotia were excellent, efficient and flexible in working around extreme cold temperatures resulting in more site visits than expected. Competitive quote, recommending sensible and affordable option for building. I would recommend and hire again.
