Fab work, professional

Really happy with the work from Sam and his team. Replaced old cladding with new treated battens and breathable membrane/ fitted new upvc fascia and guttering. They were polite, done a good job and cleaned up after. It was all done for a good price too👍

Prompt quote. Understood problem quickly and advised a sensible solution. Sensible quote. Completed job to a high standard . Will def use again!

Quick to quote and gave a verbal price and quick to start. Workmanship fair to good in places. Initially agreed to include the replacement of the existing exterior door. Near to completion of the job advised that they cannot source the door in size (depsite many suppliers having stock of the door). This was disappointing as they didn not complete the job as quoted. My advice would be to get a detailed (line by line) quotation rather than all in one price. Because if they cannot deliver specific aspects of the job, you know how much will be removed from the overall cost.

this isnt about any workmanship as no work was done. but really disappointed as ss roofing were really quick to respond ,came round and gave me a quote , said he would contact me the next day to confirm a date , so i booked them for the job.then never heard from them again( now 3 weeks). i did send another message giving them a chance to contact or me or i would need to readvertise job but still didnt hear anything , so will now need to readvertise.

A year ago when Sam completed this job for us, the service was good, he advised of further work that needed to be done to prevent further issues and the work was supposedly guaranteed for 5 years. However, we have had a leak recently from the roof that they re-tiled and I have spent a month arranging for Sam to come to look at it several times and each time he hasn't shown up or even contacted us to rearrange. Very disappointing.

Came to repair metal corrugated roof on one of the hottest days. Arrived on time, work completed to high standard, cleaned up any mess created.

I am happy with Sam and his team they arrived promptly and on date specified they carried out all work required in a couple of days in between all the rain finishing on a Saturday which I did not expect being a weekend Sam’s team left the area clean and tidy I will be using Sam again to replace a few tiles that require changing I would recommend Sam and his team anytime

I am really happy with the work that Sam Smith and his team carried out at my property. I had one team who worked on the roof and another team the next day who worked on the fascias and suchlike. Both teams were courteous, friendly and diligent. Overall I am really impressed, Sams prices are really good, as is the work that was carried out and having my place left clean and tidy too means I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sam for future projects.
