Ray was very prompt & efficient,he solved my heater problem with the with correct fittings( after asking for a WhatsApp pic the day before to show faulty valve... good idea!) and answered my lay person’s questions patiently and practically. He is knowledgeable & capable & I would confidently call on him again.
