Ray was very quick in responding, and managed to schedule me in on the same day. Once he noticed what the fault was, he went out again to get the item needed and came back to fix it. When I had to leave, I felt I could completely trust him to finish the job on his own and see himself out. Friendly and very reliable. Plus offered a one-year warantee as standard. Will definitely call again for another job.
