Wesley and his team did a good job fixing the leak we had at our party wall where the cement flashing met with the neighbouring house. However I can not in good conscience give a completely positive review because we experienced a number of issues along the way. Whilst Wesley was well meaning and friendly we felt a bit let down when we had agreed a date for the work on 2 different occasions and it did not happen both times due to various unforseen issues and it was only on the 3rd attempt that the worm took place. This in itself wouldn't have been too much of an issue but both times we were not advised in advance that they would not be able to complete the work and had to chase up to find out why it had not been done. Furthermore this is in the context that the issue with the roof was supposed to have been fixed by Wesley and his team previously but the repair had failed which we were also unhappy about as we had paid more than initially quoted for the original repair so to have to then spend more to fix it again was frustrating. To Wesley's credit as it was in warranty he did only charge the difference in cost between the original work and the cost of the new repair, and when the work was delayed a second time he did give a £50 discount and offer to let us hold off payment until a good rain storm had tested the repair. All in all a slightly frustrating process but with a good end result, good customer service and discounts given to apologise for issues.

Roof Professionals Direct did an excellent job waterproofing my porch and sorting out a few other minor guttering issues. The staff were friendly and courteous and I can definitely recommend them for guttering repair jobs.

After we had been let down by a couple of people who made appointments and then did not come, Wesley made an appointment to view the job and was punctual and polite. He was also clear and precise in assessing the work that needed to be done. He gave a firm quote later the same day and scheduled the work in very soon after receiving our acceptance. The work was completed as planned on the agreed date.

Wesley came out promptly and the quotation arrived soon after. His team carried out a very good job swiftly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.
