The three lads arrived as expected. They were very polite and worked very efficiently with little fuss. After the job, which included cleaning the immense amount of pigeon droppings from the gutters, they cleared up satisfactorily. I would recommend this company and would use them again

Ok, seems to be a theme re the review under this one... Great communication from Wes re the job to replace guttering and fascias, job was well done in a timely manner and I'm really pleased with it so cannot fault the work. But... unfortunately they've let themselves down (ignored and unopened WhatsApp messages and a phone call, I left a message, no call back) regarding all of the rubbish that was supposed to be collected a week ago (waste disposal was included in the quote) that is still residing on my drive.. If they are very busy and haven't got time then just reply and give me an approximate date when it would be picked up, easy! I paid in good grace within a couple of hours once the job was finished with the promise it would be collected. If you do use this company make sure that the job is 100% complete and any waste is picked up before you pay out or you'll end up having to pay out again for someone else to pick it up! Update: 25th April - waste was picked up.

So disappointed it is beyond belief. We have had holes in the roof, cracked tiles (promise of fix and then never shows up/returns call), rubbish left all over the drive which we had to dispose of ourselves, failure to turn up for warranty work (of which the warranty paperwork has never been issued despite numerous calls) AND wanted to charge call out fees to fix poor work due to 'weather issues not covered under warranty.' Wesley seemed to be the best of the best, but we've been let down extremely since the installation was 'complete.' Would not recommend this company to anyone! Never been so disappointed with a large value item in my life.

Timing could've been better but did come through in the end and resolved the issue I had. Would reccomend
