A very expensive job to repoint few tiles. Pointing material fell out barely a couple of months later and scratched our car in the process. When hired, promised a quality job and guarantee on all work. Have been trying to get this company to come out to put things right for weeks. Every week, they blame bad weather and keep promising to send someone out. It’s been months. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very happy with the service - they came out the same day and repaired the lead despite the wind and rain! A few months later, and still no leaks. Cleared up behind themselves and were polite and friendly. I would recommend.

I had installed a bird proof system around my solar panels. The job has taken only a morning to be fitted.

Communication was poor from the start. Work did not start on time, and appointments were missed. Eventually the work commenced. The work seemed to go well on day 1, but when the work was completed, the home and garden was left in a message. There was debris left on the roof, loft, gutters, garden and even in the next door neighbour’s garden. The gutters were damaged, one part was repaired but not successfully. Some of the roof tiles were damaged and only replaced once I complained. Even then, the two of tiles were replaced with the wrong colour. I was told that they ran out of tiles of the correct colour, and they would not be returning to replace the tiles! Finally, I was supposed to receive the warranty within 5 working days. Two weeks later, I still have not received the warranty. I would not use ‘Roof Professionals’ again, and I would not recommend them to anybody.

They turned up on time with the right equipment. Gutters were cleaned out beautifully, and any mess was removed. Job well done.

Delayed the job without reason and not provided guarantee documents when job completed as agreed before, don't recommend that "professional".
