Craig's lads were quick to get to the house and give a no-obligation quote for repair work on a leak caused by a previous bodge job on my flat extension roof. They were honest and didn't try to blag that a new roof was needed, they just simply explained what the problem was, the materials needed to fix it, and the method they would use to do so. I spoke to Craig myself who quoted the price (even breaking down the costs), gave me a rough idea of when they could do the job, and reassured me that all work carried out would come with a guarantee. The job was done far earlier than expected, as luckily the firm were in the area. The work was done in no time and as I am not currently in the country, it was very courteously backed up with clear, before and after photos. All in all I'm very impressed with the efficient and professional manner in which this job was carried out. From the first phone call to the invoice being sent, I found Craig to be a straight, courteous professional who exceeded all expectations. I hope I never have to use him again but would do so without hesitation should the need arise, and would definitely recommend to others.

Great people. Came to fix some tiles but spotted a major problem with the roof, took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed doing. Asked them to do the job and they made it a priority, turned up on time, friendly and respectful of the property, hard workers, got a big job done in a timely fashion and cleaned up after, brilliant, highly recommend them.

Craig responded quickly and provided a quote the same day - the work was completed the following day and his team even came back the day after that to do a couple of extra repairs that I'd failed to spot the first time around. Very happy with the service and will definitely use again. Thanks Craig.

Great from start to finish. From initial message posting the job, Craig and the guys came to view the job and quoted a great price and completed the work the next day. Conscious of keeping the costs down, they were able to complete the work without scaffolding. Would use again and recommend.
