    Survey report maintenance following purchase. (4 parts)

    Work done promptly in nice weather. Cheerful chaps and no problems. Once rain came discovered small leak in gutter join which he returned to sort at no charge and with no stress. Would always call him in future should I need work doing. Thanks Craig!

    Masonry above bay window needs securing

    very pleased with the work done by Millingtons. explained in detail what they were going to do & turned up when they said they would. Guarantee emailed to me the following day. Would reccomend them very highly.
