    Roof repairs

    Responded promptly and quote was very competitive. Craig and his team were polite, friendly and professional, and completed the job to a good standard. Would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to contact again regarding any future roof work.

    Roof chimney repair

    the job was done to a good standard, but i called him out he went up on the roof said the chimney needs repair quoted me 400, then when he came to do the job itself he said the chimney needs to be taken down, i had to hire out another builder to take the chimney down as he was quoting over a grand

    Roof ridge tile

    Decent service. Craig was quick to come back with a quote and came out the next day to do the work. Showed a video of the damage and gave a couple of options throughout the job to make sure we were happy. End result looks nice and neat. Would recommend.

    Roof Repair Chimney

    Excellent, the team of 3 people came out in bad weather and spent all day taking my chimney down and sealed the top up, worked hard, would recommend to anyone! Thanks Craig.

    Roof works

    Quoted £300 to replace small patch of lead or seal the broken lead for £150. I chose replace small patch and they sealed and charged me £300. I’m a landlord of 20 yrs I know what was said, I called to complain and was told they never said that by one man then passed to another, I had a college in the property who overheard the conversation. I paid, I wasn’t arguing with 3 men over £150, I would never use or refer them again. Said thank you when they sent the receipt with a thumbs up for the receipt not the job.

    I’m really sorry you didn’t understand in what we said maybe we could of explained things a bit better but to seal the valley was one job,we then told you the felt had started to perish at the side of the valley and had holes in it so we gave you an option to repair both to which you agreed so we carried out the work as for 3 men you paid by transfer and only discussed payment on the phone there was no pressure of anyone you rang when I was driving so I passed you over to my college so he could explain things to you to which you agreed then you made payment. Our priority at roof doctors is to make sure our customers are happy and the work we do is done properly.

    Leak into the house due to heavy rain

    The guys came out to fix a leak connected to the guttering and layout of the front of my house. It was causing a leak into my hallway. The lads came out quickly and confirmed the could fix this for me straight away. They did such a great job. I would defo recommend. Thanks again lads.

    Ridge tile and part of guttering blown off in storm

    Came out quickly to view job and give quote. I had 3 quotes choose roof doctor as local and very good price. Completed work to high standard. Had an issue with guttering which was sorted out quickly. Would recommend.
