Robert quickly responded to my job posting and kept me informed of when he would be visiting to investigate the problem. He was polite and discrete whilst completing the necessary work to fix the fault with the boiler. The invoice reflected the time spent on the job and the charges for Robert’s time. This was in accordance with the fees for his services which he had already informed me of. I will be using Robert’s services again when necessary in the future.

well pleased...A1... he did not try to con me into buying items....i did not need not like some gas engineers i have used in the past just got on with the job...clean up as he went along... very impressed with he's work...will use again if needed

Robert came to give me advice on my LPG gas boiler, which was only working intermittently. He immediately diagnosed the problem as being electrical and he replaced a motorised valve, which appears to have cured the problem. I am extremely pleased to have my heating and hot water working again, and especially delighted that I do not have to pay for a new boiler as I had been advised.
