It was a small job sorted out with a minimum of fuss, for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

I was searching for someone who had installed loft windows not just on a new roof but on an existing roof. I found Rob, I called him and we had a long chat on the phone. Rob drove from Mansfield to Leicester on Sunday morning to look at the job. Rob had done similar jobs and therefore inspired me with a lot of confidence. I was happy with the price, so we agreed on a time and date for installation. On the Saturday morning Rob and his two colleagues arrived promptly at 08:30am, they immediately began to lay sheets on the stair case and in the loft to ensure carpets and flooring were not damaged. They had brought all the necessary tools and replacement tiles and timber. This meant there was no outage on the job. The guys worked tirelessly throughout both days without breaks, only fueled by plenty of tea. At the end of the job, all windows were installed, the flashing kit and tiles around the windows secured, additional lathes showing sign of rot were replaced at no extra cost. As the replacement windows were wider, it meant cutting around the existing plaster and timber. They were cut with precision and the quality of the finish means very little plaster work required. I was impressed at the no mess attitude, as at the end of each day’s work the rubbish was cleared, the floors swept and no mess left. All rubbish was taken away although this was not part of the initial quote. I would recommend RL Roofing any time for the 5 star job. A big thank you.

The process from start to finish was very simple with great communication throughout. Rob asked for pictures of the job and then gave a detailed explanation of what was required. The work was performed at the agreed time and the men explained all that was being done. I had every confidence in these guys and the work seems great.
