Colin was very helpful and polite. He thouroughly searched for the leak in all the places that were shortlisted by the insurance company. He, by a process of elimination, looked at all the possible causes. Where he had to cut away plaster and lift up flooring and floorboards he was carefull, all work was done causing the minimum amount of mess and damage. Every step of the way he discussed all the options and checked that I was happy for him to continue. He eventaully found the cause and completed the work. His fee was very fair and I would without doubt hire him again and would strongly recommend him to anyone.
