Francis's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectation. Francis explained to me what is needed and clearly communicated how best to resolve the issue and how to proceed. He simplified the issue with my faulty electrical connections in the house, a clear demonstration of his sound underpinning technical knowledge of the job he is doing. Francis went above call of duty with passion and integrity. I have asked him to return to look at other electrical related issues in the house. Without a doubt Francis is the right person for the job. I will be recommending Francis to friends and families for all electrical work.

Francis was very knowledgable and able to provide a quote quickly. The replacement of the fittings was more complicated than initially thought as the old lights had not been fitted well. Francis showed me the complications that he found and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Despite the extra complications the job was completed to an excellent standard.
