Really happy we chose to use Francis for our job - he was friendly, professional, available straight away and very competitively priced. He rang to talk through the fairly straightforward job to make sure he knew what we needed and so that he could bring any necessary parts. Arrived promptly, and was a pleasure to have in our house, explaining what he was doing and what he found. Would absolutely recommend Francis and will definitely be calling him again ourselves for any electrical work.

If I could give Francis a higher score, I would, I am so thrilled with his work. He not only fixed the problem, but he came out quickly. He communicated brilliantly throughout the booking and the job. It was a pleasure to meet someone who is so professional. Not to mention he went over and above to find the source of the issue, and he fixed it to ensure safety and quality. We didn't have light in half of the house it could have been a real nightmare, but he was professional, gracious and extremely through. If you are wondering how he has 100% feedback it's because he really is that good. Don't think twice, just call Francis.

Francis did a good job fixing one ceiling light and replacing another. He did both very quickly and as such the majority of his charge was for the call out fee rather than the work itself. I was impressed with Francis and will contact him again for future work.
