Although Kristian had a problem with his car, he kept me informed and still managed to make it over to do the job. Unfortunately the fire I wished to be installed could not be, due to opening to fireplace being too small, Kristian was very helpful, polite and tidied up after himself, replaced the old fire, checked all was working and gave me options about what I could do next and what to look for. Said I could contact him if I needed advice. Paid for call out and inspection only. Would consider using him again.

A very knowledgeable young tradesman, very polite and professional, unfortunately the job could not be completed because of fire and safety issues, I would have no hesitation in the future for any heating or gas requirements to have Christian complete the work.

Couldn't be happier! Kristian got in touch quickly to my plea for help when gas boiler went on the blink. He suggested probably 1 of 3 possible problems when he phoned initially. He came, quickly diagnosed and fixed issue. Thankfully, for me, it was the lesser problem! Decent, personable man who I will use again when needed. Would certainly recommend - without hesitation.

Am very pleased with the service delivered by Kristin. Turned up on time, completed the full boiler servoce, thoroughly and efficiently. Kept us informed of progress and completed.tje full service paperwork. Also repaired the issue with the hob, demonstrating his knowledge. Would be happy.to have Kristien return forore work in the future, if needed.

Kristian came at the time agreed. I explained that British Gas (BG) had condemned my boiler because of a connector. Kristian said my installation was one of the better ones he'd seen and said the connector was fine. We agreed to just leave it. I really wonder about the advice BG gives out. I guess they're just out to make money. Any problems with my boiler and I'm certainly going to call Kristian. I even thinking of cancelling my BG contract.
