excellent, friendly, clean and tidy, prompt, didn't eat too many biscuits, thorough, pleasant. if I have another big plumbing job in the future I shall certainly go to mr Richardson first.

Kristian phoned half an hour before he arrived on a wet miserable morning. Once here worked diligently and completed the boiler service in good time. Very polite and courteous young man and I would highly recommend him.

Kristian arrived late as an earlier job ran on longer than expected but he still managed to service the fire and the boiler in time. Fast and clean job.

Came round super quick (especially considering it's the Christmas period). Did boiler service and has certificate in less than 30 mins. Was helpful, efficient and reasonably priced. Would happily hire again for any gas job.

Kristian was great. The timer on my boiler broke and Kristian was able to fit a new electrical timer. Professional, efficient and mess free! Price was very competitive. Would recommend.

Had work done by Kristian recently, posted the job of 8 radiator replacements needing done preferably before Christmas. Within 10 minutes I had a response and confirmed that he could do it and in the timescale that we asked for. Kristian is very knowledgeable and helpful and at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier!! Had minor problems changing my gas fire, proved to be no issue for Kristian. Ordered any parts, kept me posted, came on time and makes no mess... great engineer!!!
