After several attempts to get someone to service and repair my gas fire, I was very pleased at the rapid response from Kristian. From my description of the fault he correctly diagnosed the problem. He repaired, thoroughly cleaned and serviced the fire in a very professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and fully explained what he was doing. He prepared the working area to ensure there was no mess. I would highly recommend Richardson Gas and Heating and will have no hesitation in using them again in future.

Job entailed moving gas heating boiler and re-routing gas supply tones hob as part of a kitchen refurbishment project. Whilst Kristian was not the cheapest I think he underlines the statement "you get what you pay for". His workmanship is of good quality and he arrives when he says he will. He also found a fault in the system which was legacy from the previous gas fitter. The system is now significantly more efficient. I will use Kristian for future maintenance checks.
