    Service living flame has fire

    Great guy - fantastic work - quick, clean and very reasonable - what's not to like - would not hesitate to contact Kristian for all my gas work!

    Boiler Replacement

    Kristian fitted a new boiler for me and he was brilliant to deal with from start to finish. The pricing, workmanship and general manner in which he went about things were all first class. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone needing similar work carried out.

    Radiator change out x 3

    Kristian took on a difficult awkward job and completed it very well. Nice guy who seems to know his stuff, very conscious that he is working in someones house and not a building site so everything left neat and tidy. If I have any heating jobs in the future he will be my first call

    Combi boiler replacement

    I would highly recommend Kristian to do gas work as he was punctual, competent and a very neat and tidy gas engineer. He replaced my existing combi boiler done a great job at a reasonable price and will be using him again to regularly service my boiler.

    Disconnect gas fire

    No show for job. Excuses made about being unable to get in touch, but no missed calls or voice mail messages received. May be job too small so no interest.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi Alan, Sorry if you think I have done this intentionally. I did try and contact you on two occasions but as I said to you it rang then cut off so there was no option for voicemail. I didn’t have your address or I would have just came to the job and got on with it as no job is too small. Due to not receiving the address by text like agreed I was left not knowing where I was going and then I was in unable to reach you by phone or leave voicemail. I’m sure you will understand that I need to keep to a time schedule and to that end I had to carry on with my other jobs. I did still give you the option to reschedule for another day. Sorry again for the inconvenience and hope there are no hard feelings. Thanks Kristian
