Kristian was brilliant, explained what he was doing and very reliable. He even called to say he was running 5mins late. Cost was reasonable, quick and very reliable.

Kristian did a first class job, He came at a time (and on time) that suited us which meant that we didn't have to waste holidays waiting for a tradesman to arrive. The price he quoted I thought was a fair price and he was fair in charging when it came to doing additional unforeseen work. Will you use him again no problem.

After contacting Mr Richardson, as scheduled he arrived the next day, taking care not to cause a mess, he promptly serviced and tested the fire, returning it to working order, informing me of what checks and tests he was doing during his inspection. I would have no problem recommending Kristian services to family and friends.

Kristian was very professional from start to finish. After coming out to discuss the options/price we agreed on a boiler (worcester 30i + hive thermostat). Kristian arrived on time and completed the job and can honestly say it was to the highest standard. Very knowledgeable and tidy worker. I have even had my gas fire capped off as an additional job and would use again for any other jobs heating related. 5 star!
